Bada Health Temple, Health Sacrament selling goods via the Internet to individuals and companies in Sweden, Europe and the United States. To shop with us you must be over 18 years.
Customary warranties given on products where the warranty is applicable, and any guarantees are valid in Sweden. More information is available in each product’s instruction manual.
Ordering is done in the “Health Store” on our website www.badacenter.se. If you need help to register as a customer and / or make your order, please send an email to info@badacenter.se. Completed order means that you accept our terms and conditions and agree that their name, personal or corporate registration in our customer database. Contracts for the purchase struck only when we confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
Prices and product images
All prices are in SEK, Euro, British pounds, or USD including VAT. Any freight charges, depending on which country you live in.
Product photos on the website do not guarantee the product’s exact appearance and characteristics reproduced. We reserve the right for any errors in product information and reserve the right to alter product specifications and prices without prior notice.

Shipping and delivery
Prices in SEK (Swedish crowns) include shipping in Sweden. For orders outside Sweden will be a surcharge.
Health Sacrament normally handle your order within a day (weekdays) from order up until the product leaves our warehouse, provided we have the product in stock. Once the product has left our warehouse merges delivery responsibilities to shipping companies that deliver your order in time for the chosen shipping method. Bada Health Temple can not leave any delay guarantee for goods not in stock at the time of ordering or goods left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time, before it reaches you may be longer than that specified as normal.

Online Payment
Withdrawal and return
As a customer, you always have 14 days under the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the goods. One condition is that the goods are unused and undamaged. For some products, such as hygiene, also applies unbroken seal.

a) order number (found in your order confirmation, delivery note or invoice)
b) your name and contact information

Bada Health Sacrament will confirm that rebound is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are sent back. Customer is responsible for return costs according to the Post postage table and are responsible for the goods until it has reached us. Returns should not be sent as cash on delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund as soon as the entire purchase price including any shipping cost (not the return shipping), but no later than within 30 days under the Distance Contracts. If you have paid by invoice or advance payment, we transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by credit card we will return the balance on your card.
Unclaimed Packages
We reserve the right to charge the costs of the processing that occurs when not picked up package (return shipping, handling costs, etc). Therefore, we charge a fee of 150 SEK if a package can not be picked up. The shipment is the mail proxy for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return as described above.
If you received a defective or wrong delievered be we ask you to immediately contact our customer service. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you obviously complain about the product to get a new one. Claims must be made in accordance with the instructions given by us.
